Talking from Indian scenario, every year many students graduate from respective colleges across the country. Some get into jobs to pursue their career goals or succumb to financial pressures on the personal front. With the changing education environment, going abroad for higher studies is usually a trend amongst the youngsters now. Even though there is a huge pool of talented and skilled students ,many of them are unable to fulfill their dreams due to financial constraints. In order to support this desire and movement, Scoreleap has launched an initiative called Take the NextStep for economically weaker students. This initiative was renamed as Smart 30 Program wherein 30 students from economically weaker sections were allowed to achieve their dream of studying abroad. These 30 students attended classes for various standardized tests, appeared for the respective tests and finally paved their way for the admission to the business school. Through this initiative, Scoreleap was able to build a sense of identity and belonging amongst the students. These students realized that they could also explore avenues for taking their career to the next level.
